Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

i got semi-wasted last night with the wife.. all the talk of alcohol got me in the mood..

drank two greyhounds and the most amazing bloody mary i have had to date...

also tried a habanero and jalapeno infused tequila.. they just threw the peppers in there with the tequila and let it sit for months.. tasty

we made pickled eggs on sunday... IH did a dozen with japs and banana peppers, and i cannot stand spicey food... it was nice because, when i tried them the next day, they weren't spicy at all, and i could actually enjoy the flavor of japs and peps! pretty yummy.... I did mine with beets! I fcking love beets!
 
I gave up on actually loosing my belly years ago. My new plan is to build my chest up so that shirt hangs in a way where my belly doesn't stick out.

I've been trying to do that for years. My chest only looks decent at low body fat though. Anything above 12% and it blends in with my abs.
 
What do you guys think about time between sets? I'm still holding on to my on cycle routine, but it's taking me a lot longer to do it. Watching me workout is like watching turtles fuck. Do you think I would get more out of dropping the weight and shortening the time between sets or just keep doing what I'm doing

What do you guys think about time between sets? I'm still holding on to my on cycle routine, but it's taking me a lot longer to do it. Watching me workout is like watching turtles fuck. Do you think I would get more out of dropping the weight and shortening the time between sets or just keep doing what I'm doing

Changing it up never hurts. You would probably get a better pump if you could move through.it faster.

I would cut out unnecessary exercises before dropping the weight for any reason except a strategic deload. If the time is ok with you, take more time between sets but why would you want to go backwards in progress? If anything drop a lift or two or cut the sets back on some minor lifts but I only drop weight from the bar for deloads, no other possible reason.

LMAO! That's funny as hell.

I'd stick with it if you're still able to make progress. Obviously you're going to lose some strength coming off cycle, but I would personally try to hold onto it as long as you can. Of course, if you're taking 10 mins rest between each set, that's probably a little much though.
