Yep.
It started on Nickelodeon between Doug and Rougrats.
Welcome to my world. Heaviest I've ever been was 185, which I guess isn't bad for my height?
NOPE. Which is crazy since my wife listens to rap far more than I do. Then again, I'll find a song and she'll be like, "yeah, I told you to get that one LONG ago!"
Can't stand these required classes college's make you take that you've basically already had in middle school and HS
Colleges run such a scam these days
Heaviest was 220 on this cycle I just finished. I was 185 up until December 2012
Look at the bright side; I had to take EIGHT semesters of mathematics, of which - maybe I'll use a little in my career of choice. Oh well, if that's what it takes to have a stable well-paying career, so be it.![]()
Okay, I have heard of Three Loco. I was going to say that they looked familiar in the Dirt Nasty video, and now I know why haha. He's not mainstream. You definitely wouldn't hear him on the radio lol.
That's the last time I was 185 too! OMGz TwInZiiEs! Your lifts put me to shame though.
Well yea but any individual I know holding a masters has told me the core classes are bs. Way to make you spend more. Especially algebra...algebra is used by who? Algebra professors lol
And that's about it...we have strayed so far from arithmetic that our knowledge of REAL math has gone out the window.
You wouldn't believe how many individuals in the class have trouble with basic mathematics such as adding fractions.
One of each pretty please.CptFKNplanet said:
Another thread from 04 gets bumped by a new user with one post...
Well, to be fair algebra is used in every day life - you just don't think of it that way. It's the differential equations/vector calculus/discrete mathematics/linear algebra that pretty much falls to the wayside as we use software for all that stuff now. But yes, I do see many folks in upper division math courses that still have issues adding fractions haha.
One of each pretty please.
OK, off to the gym for real now haha. I saw that ass and HAD to comment!![]()
Happening ERRYday brother
The only thing school teaches you is how to become a good employee.
IMO, you don't gain much useful knowledge.
Think about it, regardless of the curriculum what are schools teaching you?
How to follow the leader
How to complete menial tasks with accuracy
How to not think for yourself
How to meet deadlines
How to follow a schedule set by someone else
How to work independently and in groups
What they should be teaching is stuff like oh
Critical thinking
Financial aptitude
How to start a business
Life skills in general
FFS, how to change a damned tire on a car or read a map
Has anyone learned anything in school that wouldn't have been more effective to lean in the field?
