Actually that's almost a 60 hour week to make that here.

Deadlift day!
Warm up, then 3x5 deads!
Pullups 4x12 harder than I thought after deads
Bent over db rows 4x15 each arm holy shit!
Then some lower back and ab workout...
Still feel the need to puke!
