And yea it's slow but I need to progress slowly anyway...
Plan on doin this for a while...need to build up my main lifts/core strength and these accessory lifts are rly hitting my weak points...my chest is still sore from 2 days ago and that hasn't happened in a while. Along with my legs finally feeling better today.
