I do things a little odd due to my height, but I know a few others that share a similar grip as me. I have my hands placed outside the rings, with thumbs barely wrapping around them. Just feels more stable that way, but then again that's damn close to my bench grip too haha.

*Note: That's if I was still doing squats consistently. I get the urge to do them, but end up stopping as my knees just flat-out start hurting too much. :(

As close as possible to the center of the bar. The closer the hands the tighter and more supportive the upper back/scapula.

In all honesty rarely. She just was too into me and too lax for my liking. It's like I could do anything I wanted, she'd wait on me hand and foot, and just made me feel like I was a kid or something. I want a girl that's difficult and has a fiery attitude or else I get bored quick and that's what ended up happening here.

He'll yea. I need a fiery girl one that will put me in check if I go too far. I cannot be with a pushover bc I will take full advantage and get bored too easily.
