Use this formula: Ending amount = Beginning amount/2^n, where n = elapsed time/half life.
You can then use Excel to calculate it for you by just numbering your columns and using a beginning amount in a locked cell.

Totally off last night on deads. Tired as shit today. What about you kind sir?
You know the story with me, lifts are all down considerably but I'm still plugging away at it.
My working set on deads was pathetic this week and embarrassing.
However, I was really digging the routine mix-up that I just did.
Now I just need to remember to write it down so I can stick to those movements for a while.
What I'm doing this time is getting a movement that supports the main 4 in each workout.
i.e. sumo SLDL on both back and leg day to build deadlift strength, CGPB on both bench and OHP days to build triceps and chest.
The girl woke me up last night because I was grinding my teeth so loud that it woke her up, again...
This happens a few times a week.
The dentist wonders how I have any teeth left since I've ground millimeters off of all of them.

No I'm off today. I got my squats and presses in but totally failed on deads. Think it's bc I deadlifted Saturday and did box squats instead of regular squats. Saturday is a new training day.
I grind my teeth as well, funny you mention that lol. I like the way you do your training lol. For overhead press accessory you should try lying tricep extensions aka the 4th powerlift lol
