I usually don't have to force feed ;) hahaha. I'm such a fattie when it comes to food

Man, I've got THE shittiest appetite. I've been using injectable B12 daily to try and help. Tried peptides and all. I struggle. I'm currently 5'11 weighing about 240lbs at 15% but i want to get to 250-255lbs by April before I cut for my next comp. That and the fact that a lot of foods disagree with me. I'm still gonna go find that granola!

I 'supplement' for an increased appetite too lol ;).

Try substituting for more calorie dense foods so the total volume of food is less. What's your current diet look like? How many calories you eating now? I'm pretty sure you'll enjoy the granola and it should be easy to put down a good amount. I find some with almonds or walnuts added in or add them myself for more calories. You could soak it in some milk and eat it like cereal, throw it in shakes, etc.

Had an engineering exam this week with a physics and math exam next week. Been ass and elbows in text books and lectures. :spin:

Trust me, I can't wait for this semester to be over~ :p

3J helped me out big time last year so I am basing my current bulk on the one he set me up with. Except this time I'm not carb cycling as I'm not too stressed about the fat gain. I agree with you on aiming for more calorie dense foods though. I'm adding olive oil to my pre-bed casein shake and avocado etc. in wraps and things like that. I consume anywhere between 3,500-4,000 calories depending on how my guts are on the day. I know, not much, but the weight is increasing slowly.

Yea measuring meals and servings is important. I've gotten better at eyeing them out but not perfect by any means

I ran a 3J diet last year and had great results. The slower the progress the less the fat gain that's for sure. Good luck with your goals man, keep busting ass and the results are yours for the taking
