I'm enjoying my baked chicken and brown rice stir fri with carrots, peas, broccoli, and there may be some bacon chunks here and there lol

Just got back from the gym. :p I hate how chest day is so limited by shoulder strength. I used to have problems with tricep strength being my limiting factor, now those damn rear delts want to complain. Such a never-ending cycle of catching supporting structures up to speed. :spin:

No, but I did find my source of rage to finish my flies today. There's this older guy that's easily 55+ that's pretty built. He likes to watch me do chest presses and sees if he can match my weight... but he ONLY DOES HALF REPS! He gets this big smug look on his face until I move beyond 350lbs, but it still pisses me off that he's trying to compare with me doing half the work! :mad:

I was so tempted to walk over to him and ask him how those half-reps were treating him. Drives me insane seeing stuff like that! :chomp:

Haha. There is this young fitness model type gal that works out in the mornings now. I tell you what, if I stared at those perfect breasts bouncing up and down for more than a few minutes, I bet I could! Brown hair, green eyes and easily 5'10". I'd have her walking funny after the best 3 minutes of her life! :cool: Yeah, it's normally 45 seconds, but prami is amaaaaaaaazing. LOL :spin:

LOL! I do think he has some gyno to be honest. It's hard to tell since he wears this really thick cotton tee, but his nipples kind of point in a weird direction. Pretty sure he's on a healthy testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or cycles though. Not too many guys his age are running around with a gal 15 years younger (she's actually pretty hot) and putting up 335 on the bench. NOW ONLY IF HE DID FULL REPS! :mad:

I did kind of give him a challenging look as I moved to the pec deck though. Just try to put up 500lbs you old bastard! :cool:

Yes from the sound of it testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is more than just a possibility hahaha. I have an old timer like that at my gym except he's not on gear (extremely scrawny/anorexic looking). Except I think this guy is gay, he seems to stare at my brother and a few of the younger boys a little too much and his gaze lingers if you know what I mean. Anyway I spotted him once months ago. Only once. He asked for help so I did, gave him a lift off, and he proceeds to do half reps on bench press with 22lbs. I'm like ok, finish the spot and go back to my shit. He asks for another spot and I'm saying to myself for what? You don't go down all the way how could you not bring it back up half way? Well he had loaded 355lbs onto the bar (did I mention it's a smith machine?). I go to spot him and tested him by faking the lift off. He couldn't unrack the bar. I said you sure you wanna do this? He looks and nods. Help him unrack the bar and no joke he proceeds to rep out 2reps, about 1.5in of ROM, and grunting like a walrus getting ass fucked by a rhinoceros' horn sans lube. Everyone is looking over and I'm fucking embarrassed for the guy. He gets up all cocky and says to the closest guy, wish you could move these weights huh? I spit out water from my nose laughing so hard. A few weeks ago he asks my brother for a spot and my brother wS kind of new to the gym. The SAME EXACT SHIT HAPPENED WITH MY BROTHER!! Same weights, same amount of reps, same ROM, same grunting, etc hahaha. In 4months or so he has literally no progress and probably went backwards.
