I'm sure they do... my belly pokes out a little more but thats from holding your core from doing any leg or back day... i kinda get annoyed with it... If i ever run GH I'll inform you if I get 'gh gut'...
 
SHUT IT!!!!! I don't eat if I do cardio. My PWO get's me through that. Only reason I lifted this morning is because I'm heading out of town right after work today. Normally I lift in the evenings when I've had plenty of food. This whole strength based shit is foreign to me still. I always think "3x5, pfffffft that's pussy shit".

Never done power cleans, standing BB OHP, and haven't flat BB benched since I was a freshman in HS. Plus I'm used to high rep, high volume, BB brosplits. The only things in this program I'm familiar with are squats and deads hahaha.

Same lol. If I drink a bit of water, or ANY kind of carbs I'm bloated for the rest of the day. Oh the joys of bulking lol. At least my abs aren't completely covered by fat again, YET. I gotta work on my lower as well. I was doing weighted leg lifts for a while, but now it's just the basic compounds til I get my lifts up. I'm trying not to care about how I look right now hahaha.

3lbs of pumpkin spiced sweeties, 3.5lbs of tuna salad 5lbs of chicken and 2.5lbs of ground turkey with my tomato sauce.

Almost done sweeties.. I've mad another batch of tuna, and turkey... cooked fish yesterday; almost gone... I have to make more tomato sauce tomorrow. this doesn't include how much PB and cottage cheese we go though.. And if we had a blender, I think we'd go though a dozen eggs a day, if not more!!!! Or the beef I cook in the evening either
