Waiting to die.
Never heard of them but I'm new to the game
I've got one of their Aromatase inhibitor (AI) product but my research specimens don't seem to be responding.
I haven't done their labs yet though.

You're my kid of people![]()
I tried!! I thought I would be able to press at least the equivalent of what I can DB press, but I'm like 20 lbs under that. Didn't even get 120 x 5 today. Did 125 x 4, 120 x 4, 120 x 2. I felt like a bitch lol.
No sad faces. Seated presses are a joke compared to the standing version. Love them and embrace them![]()

You started too high. You shouldn't be stalling this early into it Cap
My specimens are experimenting with anastrazole.Which AI? Exemestane takes longer than anastrozole to work
Gotta check that ego man, the BB OHP is a hard lift.
If you have a strong OHP, you're just a strong person in general.
Saw one kid over at bb.com push press 405 for a couple reps.
I was only adding 10 lbs from last time on my first set. Like I said, I got 115 easily so I thought 125 would at least be doable... apparently not though.
I started with 115 and got 3x5 pretty damn easily.
Magnets work well for micro-loading.How many workouts have you done with presses so far? You just started this week I thought so you shouldn't be stalling for a few weeks minimum I'd say. Even if you got 115 easy, if you stall this soon you're not building momentum and workload tolerance if you're stalking so soon. I'd drop the weight some and def look into getting microplates so you can progress in less than 5lb increments
Could have just been gassed, like you said, the 115 was easy but even deadlifts got hard.
That's what I'm thinking. I'm gonna try 120 again next week when I go in the afternoon. If I miss again, I'll deload.

Yea press is not the lift you want to be making 10lb jumps. It's the slowest progressing lift, slower than even power cleans for most people.
Yup, even chain works. I found a guy that cuts them on a CNC machine i believe, laser etches the weights on them. 30$ shipped for 2 of each: 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 5/8lb, 3/4lb, 1lb, 1 1/4lb, 1 1/2lb.
Also, are you eating enough or trying to lose weight?
I only made that big of a jump because 115 was easy for me last time.
