Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Have I adjusted just how you mentioned, once that lever is locked it is crushing my ribs like no tomorrow. A question though if I may: I tried squatting in it and the belt hit the top of my quads. Is this normal? Will it affect the squat technique at all?
 
im agitated from not having enough carbs today

Pfft, my 19 glorious grams of carbs so far today still probably pale in comparison to what you're already consumed.

I'm jealous :(

At least I get to have a 16oz steak tonight :D

You might be wearing it a bit low?
What part hits, the edge of the belt or the buckle?
 
im right there with you bro... iv had about 40g today... all from veggies and a cup of strawberries.. but my fat is through the roof lol

The belt is sitting just under my ribs and a little before I break parallel the edge of the belt hits my quads. I haven't tried it with a BB and any heavy weight yet but it seems like it might affect my squat. The buckle is fine

So far today since I got up 13 hours ago: 888 calories, 20g carbs, 16g fat, 155g protein.
Plus a 10 hour shift and 2 hours in the gym aww yea.

You'll find that once you load a bar on your back, you'll never even notice the contact.

Then my Inzer and I have a date at the gym for this coming Saturday. I'll have more bruises to add to my collection from power cleaning (and having to drop the barbell on my thighs b we don't have bumper plates:()

You might even find it provides a nice little pop out of the hole.
 
The cut of beef they call "on sale", I haven't seen it on cut charts yet though, must be new.

That's usually like London broil, top round, sirloin, etc. can't eat that on a grill. I can only use that meat with some ethnic dishes that can't have a High fat content
