Thanks bud, the house inspection is going to come a little further into closing.
The big things like septic and well have already been certified as being good.
I'm not expecting anything to come up as a red flag, literally everything you can touch is new.

This is going to be for both of us, but I'll be the only name anywhere on the mortgage or deed.
I did this because having her listed on a mortgage application will actually hurt my odds of getting one.
She's got college debt to pay off before she becomes an asset on paper.

Dude, I would take you to Costco and get you the Kirkland size jars of PB. German also told me that oats and pb recipe you guys do and am going to try it for sure. Plus lately I've been switching back and forth between PB, almond butter, cashew butter, etc so there's always spare peanut butter that I'm not using. Hahaha

Yea I thought about that Half. Thankfully my time off ends in January right around my bday so I'll be going out in the snow storms naked and melting the snow instead of shoveling hahahaha. But if I run it in the warmer months, i would not be a happy Dre :crying:
 
ALL of my Chobanis have now become living time bombs in a cup. I threw the last of them away this morning. No idea why that happened... for as long as I've been buying those damn things, I hadn't seen it til a couple weeks ago. Now I'm yogurtless til I go back to the store, which I was just at yesterday. I also have to poop, and have been craving coffee and cigarettes after last weekend.
