Tried building up peripheral muscles along with OHP? When I started incorporating lateral/front raises, my OHP went up as well. ;)

(Just watch the weight on the laterals, they'll eat your rotator cuffs if not careful.)

Idk, I'm probably just gonna wait until I have the money to get everything professionally done because personally... I just don't want to deal with it lol. It's not that bad yet and I don't really ever have anyone else in there to hear it anyways. Interesting, never heard of either of those. I dig old consoles, but there's no comparison to modern consoles. Even if I had one, I probably wouldn't play it. Plus you can get emulators for just about anything nowadays.
Honestly, I'm going to pay someone next time I put in a nice system. I enjoy it, but I'm getting too damn old to be all bent like a pretzel under a dash and spending two days ripping out carpeting/seats/moulding just to put down sound absorbing material. Yeah, I have just about every NES game made for MAME. Shame I don't have time to play anymore. :( Dragon warrior series FTW!

I'll probably go shoot a few different ones. I already have a .40 so it would be kinda nice to have the same caliber and not have to worry about separate ammo. I don't think the weight difference is really even notable between 9mm and .40 either. It's ridiculously hard to find .40 around here right now though, EVERYWHERE is sold out all the damn time. 9mm seems to be in stock most of the time though. I just want something a little smaller than a full size HK .40 lol. It would be fine to carry in a shoulder holster in the winter, but for the small of my back it's a little too heavy. My dad has the compact version of mine, but it feels too damn small even for my hand.
Yeah, rounds can be a bitch - but I just love the way that G22 feels. The weight is just perfect and the recoil actually fits the weapon. I have a little .380 that I used to carry with me, but stopped when we moved and I haven't gotten a new CC permit.

What are your goals with diet right now? Cut, maintain, bulk?

Yes lol. Well... not since I reverted back to SS. I haven't added any accessory work yet. My old shoulder routine consisted of seated laterals, hammer front raises, behind the back cable raises, and cable rear delt raises with seated DB OHP as my main. Hate to say it, I know Doc is gonna be disappointed, but I think next week I'm gonna go back to my old routine with adding 5lbs a week to the mains. I'm already bored with SS, and true or not I feel like I'm losing size.

I just can't bring myself to do it. I don't have the time or motivation to get it done, plus if something gets fucked up I'd rather be able to blame it on someone else hahaha. I pretty much only play COD now, not even the new one haha. Still playing MW3. Sometimes I'll get on PGR3 to see if anyone is still playing. Only racing game I was ever good at, and I fucking RAPED SHIT. I was featured on "GothamTV" for damn near every race, had literally every track memorized. Man... I actually want to play now hahaha.

That's for sure. When Bass Pro is sold out, you know you're in trouble lol. I'll go check it out along with the G19. Glocks are probably the most popular gun so I'm sure I'll like it. I might check out some revolvers too.
