Waiting to die.
It's not my time to quit yet. Don't want it bad enough I guess.
It's hard to quit or start something when the benefit isn't recognized.

I know exactly how you feel. I just finally got tired of it. Granted, I still smoke occasionally and I dip in place of it. I'm still addicted to tobacco and tbh I haven't noticed any huge benefit from it as far as feeling better or improved cardiovascular capacity.

I used to smoke on the regular and quit for a few months, my observation was the same.
The expected benefits just didn't happen.
I was actually really disappointed. Personally I didn't quit for the health benefits, but I did think it would be a plus. When you look at those time lines from ACS the time it takes to really notice a difference is ridiculous. By the time I get cancer there will be better ways to combat it anyways LOL. What a great outlook on life.
...oral fixation bc my mouth is always working whether its talking, smoking, eating, chewing gum, etc.
Cap are you still on your no caffeine kick?
Somewhat. I still have caffeine in my PWOs and the occasional energy drink, I've just cut out my morning coffee. I will say I feel like I have more stable energy throughout the day. I don't have the after lunch crash... but I'm just low energy in general.
My philosophy is that we're here on this planet for a finite amount of time, may as well enjoy your stay.
Besides, with all the garbage they're putting into consumer products and food we're all going to die of cancer anyway.
That's how I try to look at it. No one should fear death, or anything for that matter. Might as well do whatever the fuck you want right?
I, like you guys, simply enjoy the act of smoking.
I find it very relaxing.
A nice cigar from time to time is a habit I don't see myself ever giving up.
It's not anything other than I like having something in my hand, putting it in my mouth, sucking it, and then blowing out what it produces.
Bingo.
I never understood the irrational fear of death.
It is one of the only inevitability in this world, why spend your life fighting it?
Learn it, understand it and embrace it. I find comfort in it, the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.
Nothing in the day-to-day matters much if it's all going to be wiped away when we finally break the chains of our mortal coil.
Why people spend their entire lives frittering away trying to prevent it is unfathomable.
They toil away working faster and harder to produce nothing of any value.
With the amount of effort they put into preserving an aging pile of meat they could be out enjoying life.
Okayyyy, I'll change it for now.I made you a present!

I'm a little bored between meetings![]()
Damn! I think I spent like 800 on my memory foam mattress that's guaranteed for like 20 years. Soooooo nice. Time to invest in some femina 15 for the missus eh?.. AND on a completely different topic, not that die repair is not interesting...
All I'm going to say is my wife better put out like a champion porn star from now on; I just just dropped $3800, (that's with a $1200 sale reduction), on a new bed..
Damn, no planet fitness? It's like 20 bucks a month without a contract and free tanning/massage. I'd at least do that if I was trying to be a poon hound.I know, I need to... there's actually one that's about a mile closer to my house than my gym but it's like $80/month with a two year contract?!That's a fucking cellphone bill! I always see cute chicks when I drive by there though, and it has a reputation of being the "meat market" gym... well actually, they all have that reputation. There's like 5-6 of these gyms in my city. They've pretty much taken over Northern CA.
It is a strong antioxidant, so I can see if you have some serious cleaning to do, it could cause that. NOTHING like the old colon cleanses though. Is NAC known to cause gas?
I havn't eaten anything yet today besides the NAC, my gut has blown up like a balloon and I can't stop farting!
