I know Mrs. P put up a thread saying we weren't to flame members for posting in old threads, but it's KILLING me to see newbs posting one-liners in all these 2004 threads! It's like we're being tested to see how long before we rage on them for making pointless posts in threads that died loooooooooong ago.

It will be. Today was supposed to be an off day for me, but I decided to go anyways and do a good ol BB workout. It was very refreshing gettin dat nasty pump on yahnomsaiyin??!!!!??!?!? I did EZ bar curls for the first time in probably a year at the very end and could only do 20lbs total on the bar hahahaha I was planning on doing 50...
Added 10 lbs to my DL though, 15 lbs away from my 1RM PR. I AM VERY EXCITE! Shower time...Ok, wtf I googled "fat man shower" and this pic came up. Rumpy is this you? 100% serious.

Exactly, it HAS to be deliberate! The topics are pretty general, so I doubt it's from a google search leading here. I get how that is good for the site in that it brings more hits, but these are all one liners where the noob is GIVING advice to a topic from 9 years ago.
I was wondering the same. I know they go to another forum (or at least did), but they did kind of vanish for awhile. Hope everything is okay.

It's Dennis coming back to fuck with us. Conspirators conspire!!! LOL yeah, and the advice is always "you shouldn't do that" or "eat more" LOL. It's one thing to drop a one liner, but make it worth my click at least.
They seem to do that at times. This isn't the first time they've been MIA.
