No. I've already had a fat bowl of cereal, yogurt, an apple, a granola bar, and I'm about to go home and have some rice. Then tonight I will be having potatoes, probably some ice cream, more milk, poptarts, maybe even a sandwich. Jelly?

I agree, you probably should put some jelly in there somewhere.

Btw guys I can vouch for Austinite's vascularity stack!
Pumps have been insane and the veins I had popping out of my shoulders were insane today!
I can def tell a difference because I'm not a very visible vascular guy. So the difference is easily noticed.
And on Tuesday my triceps have NEVER felt that full regardless of the type of workout

How long you planning on running the stack Frank? Is it something you could realistically run year round?

Yea its replaced my pre workout.
Only delima I've ran in to is the methionine and cysteine...
They taste like shit...so right now that's.not incorporated
I'm just using the arginine, citrulline, and lysine pre workout and pumps are great.
Then tyrosine before bed.
But to answer your.question yes I will be running it year round. In the end its cheaper than buyin a $50 under dosed pre workout from a supp shop every month
