LOL. Unfortunately to achieve either (by today's standards) it not only takes years of training, it also takes years of training with drugs. Which I think is becoming more obvious to everyone and increasing the amount of young kids that are saying fuck it, might as well start now.

Was going to a friends house in Poughkeepsie last year for a Christmas party. On the way up I get a ticket on RTE 55 (75 in a 55). Cop does his usual speech I was like can we speed this up, I have a party to go to. He was not pleased and started acting like a dick. At that party about 1.5hrs later I met that state trooper's wife and baby son. Told the wife the story and she called her husband and told him to take care of the ticket since she thought I was a nice guy. Ended up with an illegal hood scoop ticket which later got thrown out :)

I pull into a parking spot directly in front of him, turn my car off, pull out my cell phone and start talking.
This jackoff pulls forward 3' and hits his lights.
"Do you know why I pulled you over" (he didn't, my car was in a parking spot and OFF)
Me: "Uh, no?"
"You were talking on a cell phone while driving, I see you're from out of state so I'll let you off with a warning just don't let me see you doing that again"
Me: "Have a good night officer"

On the way out I was full of WTF.

Most of them are on power trips. I've got plenty more stories, one when I was 18yo pulled over for a DUI and I'm positive the cop stole money from me bc it was no where to be found.

I got a cellphone ticket. Shit was $150!!! I was "driving" though. Stopped at a red light, answered, put it on speaker and set it down. Cop still popped me though. Didn't even have plates on my truck yet. I was actually on my way to get my windows tinted too :(
