Do you think one of them is using gear pt. 2

Nope, it's just a very brief contraction that I can't really feel.
Throughout the day it manifests itself very similarly to the feeling you get after an awesome leg day, a little shakey and just exhausted.

It's not like the whole muscle groups twitch as one either, it's very small sections of muscle.

That happens to me naturally, or something similar except in my legs, biceps, triceps, and back

This is pig latin. He speaks pork n cheese.

You're not running a crazy caloric deficit are you?

:D

Yeah, google translate is funny sometimes.

Yea, it tries to do direct translations which don't always work right...you probably have seen it when translating some Spanish. It won't give the 'correct' translation but translate the words word for word.

You wrote "je fais"...literally translated it means I do or I'm doing. But used in French it's supposed to mean an activity or action. To say I'm doing good you'd say "je suis bien" which literally translated means I am good!

Depends on what you consider crazy.
My diet is pretty messed up, no two ways about that.

During the week I'm on point, around 2000 cal.
Weekends, all bets are off.
Even still, I'm averaging about a pound/week.

Haha, I figured as much. I've seen je suis before, but figured google would at least be good for a laugh. :)

How far below maintenance are you? I know if I'm trying to push too low on calories, the first thing that happens is my muscles twitch and I get sleepy. I had read it had something to do with glycogen stores being activated to feed your brain, but it wasn't an actual study - so take from that what you will. :)

My maintenance is 2800 give or take, depending on activity.
The weekends put me into surplus for sure.
I wonder if that has anything to do with how low carb I am at the moment.
Just thinking out loud here, could B12 increase my ability to metabolize carbs and now my body is looking for energy elsewhere? The clen could just be compounding the issue?

That completely depends on how insulin sensitive you are. As carbs will have a higher (typically) glycemic index, your body could very well be fiending for some carb goodness, which just isn't there at the moment. Sugar is crazy addictive, so I can see this being a response to a drastic cut in carbs - although it also could very well just be a normal spasm too.

Not sure if B-12 works on a particular macro, but I do know that it does increase metabolism and most certainly can make you hungry. As hunger is usually a response to insulin (or lack thereof), it's possible? I'm sure Dre or 3J will correct me if I'm wrong here.

All good brother...you're the member I get that the most for here :D

Speaking of B-12, I just realized I still have my B-12 lozenge in my mouth under my tongue. It's been there for like 40 minutes! These methyl ones from jarrow take a really long time to dissolve, that's for sure.

Are the lozenges your only experience with B12?
If not, have you noticed any difference between the delivery systems?

I ask because I'm doubtful that my methyl drops are being absorbed as well as they could be.
The theory is that most of it just winds up in the stomach.
