Only one that actually had to do with a bad spotter was the very last one. Those other guy's just wern't ready, and IMO not gripping the bar with your thumb, is a bad idea.
2:54 is awesome. There is no need to go THAT heavy. Sets most
of those guys were trying to do are destructive the joints and a
danger to those around them.
I hate it when the spoter get all hype and start screaming "" come on! come on! do it! '' dude just calm down and help me get through the last rep last thing in my mind is having the attention of the whole fucken gym lol,..
