I have been using Test C since the doc prescribed. Can I change to Test E if I can "aquire" it? From what I heard they are almost the same. Am I wrong?

No you are not wrong. The only difference is that they are suspended in different oils other than that the molecular structure is exactly the same. I have personally done cycle where i Ran out of Test C and then switched it Test E no difference or sides what so ever.

The molecular structure of Enanthate and Cypionate are very similar but not the same. Enanthate has a 7-carbon ester chain while cypionate has an 8-carbon ester chain. The 8-carbon chain of cypionate has a slightly slower release rate and longer active life. And since Enanthate is one atom lighter, it has slightly more test per mg. In reality though, this difference is insignificant and not noticeable. For all intents and purposes they are completely interchangeable.

Forgot to mention, if you live in Canada your doc will likely prescribe Enanthate(enanthate is more British/UK/Canada) and Cypionate is more standard in the US.

Is you doc knowledgeable when it comes to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT)? If he/she is, you should be able to get him/her to give you a scrip for arimidex as well. That's only if you have a knowledgeable doc. Most GP's don't know shit about TRT. If you test low they just right the scrip.
