Doctor put me on 5000iu hcg for six weeks! I need thoughts

I discontinued test and tren 10 weeks ago. I ran Nolva, clomid, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), and femara for post cycle therapy (pct). My body didn't recover yet. My blood test result reads 1.76 ng ml -which is very low-. I thought testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is the only route If I want to get descent test level and to get my life back. I went to the doctor yesterday, and he put me on choriomon 5000iu single shot a week -intramuscular- for 6 weeks. I told him that I used hcg 500iu a day, is it OK to take choriomon. He told me that choriomon is not hcg. At the moment, I didn't realize that he's an idiot because choriomon is hcg. I realized that after I got it from the Pharmacy.
Do you think I should follow his advice and take 5000 iu single shot for six weeks and the treatment will not be affected by my previous usage of hcg?
