Does Clen suppress natural test ?

no it wont.. but if your diet is shit it will suppress the test... people who use clen also tend to get on starvation type diets that would make it very hard to recover properly..

half of pct is your diet and training.. the other half is compounds.. cant have one without the other..

Thank you bro ! No, I don't plan on dieting for cut untill my cut cycle in spring/summer. I just want to start burning some fat off now untill then.
 
in all honesty clen should be used when stalling..

its like taking out all the tricks up your sleeve too early.. tactically its a mistake...

use a good diet and some nice cardio to get where you wanna get.. compounds are not always the answer

losing weight is kinda like a onion.. it works in layers..

you start eating clean, you lose weight.. you add cardio.. you lose weight.. you stall.. you lower your calories.. you lose more weight you stall.. you up your cardio you lose more weight, you stall.. you add compounds you lose more weight...

Gotcha. Well I already eat pretty clean, I also do cardio. I'm at the point right now where I don't want to drop my cals just yet. Won't do that for maybe a month and a half or two months. I was just thinking I can take some clen right now till I start my cut and lose a bit of fat I've gain from my bulk cycle. Just a little head start sort of speak. I understand what your saying and it makes sence. My cut cycle will include tren ace and var, test, hcg, ai and of course a pct. will be lowering my cals big time then so I think I will still be able to burn fat even if I start a little right now. Thank you bro for your help.
