Does high hemoglobin and hematocrit cause severe fatigue?

Been battling severe fatigue and got my blood done. Hemoglobin is at 19+ and hematocrit is at 59 rbc is high too. Can thick blood cause this severe fatigue. I know anemia can cause fatigue
Thoughts?

Damn those are high numbers. You need to donate blood ASAP. I've heard people with high numbers say they felt better after donating. Either way, your hematocrit is WAY too high and needs attention right away. And donating once every 60 days is probably not going to be quick enough. Mine was at 55 and I had to give a pint twice in 3 weeks. You can't donate that close together so my doc gave me a prescription for a phlebotomy. You might have to do the same.

Yeah I am planning on donating asap. And I am Cutting my dose down .my free t is almost double over the high range. And this was on 120 mg every five days.
