Does size matter

Hello my friends! I planned on doing an AAS cycle this summer but am wondering if 500mg a week to much for my size. im 5'3 150lbs (just a small guy) 38 years old and have been lifting since i was 16. I have a good solid base
 
Yes and no. Your overall body mass does determine the overall necessity for a greater volume of AAS, as I would most certainly require FAR more than you as I'm a a foot and almost a half taller than you and double your weight. I honestly can't picture what 150lbs looks like on a guy that's 5'3, so my usual recommendation of looking at diet first when I see that weight might not fit the situation. :confused:

I still think 500mg is a great dose, but you probably could get away with 350mg given your stature. Hopefully someone else can pipe in that is a bit more in touch with what your height/weight ratio would necessitate as I'm kind of stumped lol. :o
 
I think 5hundo should be good to go for you. Its jsut test. Its your trial cycle anyways. The next time around is when you get to have fun and throw some other compounds in and see the light!
 
I would run 400-500mg Test C/E. Whatever lab you have, run it at 1 CC 2X a week. There is truth in dose/size relation.

Unfortantly, most of the guys I know are running UGL. We would all like to think that UGL is dosed correctly, most do not. Some labs underdose to make profit and some overdose to build credibility.

Generally speaking most UGL dose Test C/E is somewhere between 100mg - 250mg per ML. The point is, even if you wanted to do the math on the effective dose of Testostone based on body weight it would be almost impossible to administer the appropriate dose.
 
The guy above is just saying to take 500mg of test.
Run that and see how you like it. If you gain too much, lower the dose and continue it for a bit longer. Play around and see what works for you for doses. You can even start at 300 a week and slowly ramp up to 500 every few weeks increasing the dose a little until you are comfortable.
 
yes, unfortunately i am short but so was Franco Columbu who was 5'3 too and won Mr Olympia twice. So i wont let my height get me down lol. As for the gear. Test E 250. Not sure if it is dosed correctly or not.

Why do people always plan on taking other compounds besides test? I think that many goals can be reached with just test. If your a pro bodybuilder or a competitive power lifter then use harder compounds.
 
What u have to particularly worry about is too much weight too fast and what it can do to your heart. I would seriously run a blood test before doing anything and see where your cholesterol and triglicerites are at. This will give u somewhat an idea of where ur at and any hardening of arterial walls. My other concern is BP and how your body will deal with the added mass. Remeber theres going to be some water weight added almost immidietly. At 38 yrs of age wich some of are and older we r no longer spring chickens and many of us pick up bad habbits along the way that tend to hurt our cardiovascular system.

How much do you weigh? I just ran test only 750mg ew and it really didn't do much for me. At the point now where I need something more with my test.

^^^^this. With someone at 6ft and 200lbs a 25lb gain in cycle represents a 12.5% increase in mass and its somewhat taxing on that individual. With you being 5'3" and 150lbs that same 25lb gain would represent a 16+% increase. While this may not seem like much you have to realize your frame, heart, organs etc may have a difficult time keeping up with that much added weight too quickly. Old&stacked has given great advice to you, get blood work done and check your vitals including BP make sure they're all in normal ranges and keep up with them during cycle.

My body weight is 200lbs and around 9% body fat 6ft tall. When you say, 750mg ew didn't do much for you, was your diet and training on point? I have a friend that says the same thing that test along is not enough for him and he doesn't eat right or train hard. The only time he can gain size is when he takes tren. The only reason he even grows when he takes tren is because that's why tren was made, for cattle to eat less grain and to put on size. When he comes off he shrinks right back down to were he started.
 
im at a steady 230lbs right now off cycle. Diet is on point and trainging is also. It just seema I need more than test only has to offer at tgis point. Next cycle will have tren ;)

Started my cycle at 135lbs and im 5'4. Injecting 500mg of Test-E, I see no problem here. End of 5 weeks and I've put on around 12 lbs, some of its water from test-e and creatine and possibly just more up keep of carbs. So realistically I'd imagine 6-8lbs, now how much is that of muscle I couldnt tell yeah.

I think the bigger the man, the more he needs, could be estrogen too, I know my gear is good, but I really don't feel very energetic on 600mg, transformation is obvious, but I really don't think test only (performance wise) is enough for me, I'd really like to take something that kicks my ass everyday, and not something I feel on my 3rd set in the gym.
