Id say smoking will effect your cardio and your stamina but as far as hindering gains I dont know if you could really tell...I blaze ed and I gained 29 on my last cycle if that means anything
 
ok so i would really think so then. I also meant cigarettes. another question is that im on week 7 of my Sustanon (sust) cycle. 500 a week. Havent gained any weight but i see that im getting bigger. just wondering why i havent gained any weight and i eat lots and lots

most people over calculate how much they really eat....you may want to download an app that counts your cals....
 
Chop I can garantee you are not eating enough by the statement You eat lots and lots. You need to figure out how many calories you need to grow off cycle so you can grow on cycle. AAS don't just make you big. Diet and training do and when those are right AAS will help at an accelerated rate. Go to the diet forum and follow 3J's instructions and figure out exactly how many calories you take in during a day right now. If I were you I would click on 3J's banner and have him make you a plan if you really want to add some weight. Also your training may be off. Heavy weight low reps. Please take all this advice seriously if you really want help.

Not sure what you are eating but here's an example.

40oz boneless skinless
8 cups brown rice
4 tbsp olive/veggie oil
6 cups various veggies
=
3200 cals
90g fat
310g carbs
230g protein

A solid shake with milk, oats, banana, whey would put it close to 4000. I eat this way with 2 shakes while on cycle for around 4500 cals. Bumps fat up to ~140, carbs to 450, protein to 350. No shakes off cycle.
