Does this deca look legit?

It just arived today, the top cap says "deca med" twice in a circle around the outside, and center of the cap has a BP

The label reads :
sc balkin pharmaceuticals SRL
nandrolona 20%
lot 001
exp 06.14
200 mg / ml
some other writing below it, and the bottles are shrink wrapped with clear wrap that has balkan pharaceutic in white clearish letters all over.

thanks for the gtg's. I did not want to violate forum rules, so I did not ask for sources. Thus, took this route.

What is the issues with the BP brand as I have heard this mentioned in passing before?

I wanted organon but could not find it.
