Beta-Alanine - 3.5g
Betaine - 2.5g
Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate - 4g
Citrulline Malate - 4g
Creatine - 5g

There was a supplement that had I was taking that had the first 2 on the list and creatine. I don't have that supp anymore and thought I would create my own. I added the AAKG, Citrulline. Any reason to think this wouldn't be good?

I'm trying to stay away from the caffeine loaded pre-workouts.

Looks good, my current self made PWO is close to that, but with Agmatine Sulfate added in addition

Bring the Citrulline Malate up to 6-8g
Drop the arginine and add agmantine sulfate at 750mg-1.5g and youll experience a better pump.
Look at amp citrate as well i've been usin it latley and really like it.

Does anyone know the calories in each of these supplements? Nothing on the label. Was going to try intermittent fasting and hit the gym in a fasted state. Didn't want this Pre-Workout to break the fast.

What are your goals at the gym? If your goal is to build muscle I would strongly recommend NOT going to the gym and lifting while in a fasted state.

As always, I'm with Schredder on this one. Fasted cardio has its place, but lifting in a fasted state is less than ideal. Also, these are chemicals and contain no nutritional value. Therefore, they do not contain any calories. You don't take paracetamol and worry if you've overdone your macros for the day.

Goal is to maintain muscle mass I have and drop bodyfat. Currently 156.6 kg and 33% bf.

I'm trying to lean gains approach. My current method of counting calories has gotten to the point where I dropped to 1900 calories per day and was still not seeing weight loss but was extremely fatigued.

Whats your stats? How long have you had your cals so low? Do you ever have a cheat meal?

What you are doing isnt gonna give you lean gains, its gonna give you no gains.

Being that fatigued in my books shouldnt happen. Your cals are most likely too low, or you ratios are off and you body is in a catabolic state.

36 yrs
181cm tall
156.6 kg
33% bf.

Gym days:
fat: 115
Carbs: 300
Protein: 300
Calories: 3500

Off days:
Fat: 150
Carbs: 180
Protein: 350
Calories: 3500

That's right now. I've dropped to as low as 2000 calories. That's when I felt like crap.

Right now it's about trying to keep the muscle I have and lose the bf only. I've thought about adding more HIIT but I need to be able to walk every day for work. I've been doing MI40 as my workout regime.

It really does look pretty solid for what you are trying to do. I think that you should definitely listen to Schredder, going without anything in the stomach is going to come back and haunt you. Both energy wise and you said it was your goal to remain that size while leaning up, might provide difficult when fasting.

As Stated Above, Fasted lifting would not be in your best interest if looking to gain muscle *FEED THAT MUSCLEEE**

Pre workout looks good though
