does this seem like an allright lean bulk plan?

Hey peoples, im starting a lean bulk and was just wondering if you can give me any advice/changes/input to what ive got planned. Im 21, 178 cm and 95 kg, my estimated daily intake for a lean bulk would be approx 15259kj each day.
This is my setup for TRAINING DAYS. Not in any order or timing, just list of what im having throughout the day.
.700kg of forequarter chops.
half bag of mixed nuts.
4 slices white bread.
4 whole eggs
2 lchp proteinshakes, with milk
2 bananas
plus whatever mum cooks for dinner.
in total its about 12178kj (excluding mums dinner) made up of about 240g protein, 120g carb and 190g of fat. Any changes you think should be made id be happy to hear. Remember im TRYING to do a clean bulk. Thanks :)
 
Double yur carbs and half the fat. Try converting kj to kc or calories. I'd hit up 3j and let him guide you to a proper diet. You've said nothing about your training either. Keep measurements at least biweekly. If your putting on weight in the wrong places either yur diet is off (too many calories) or your training is lackluster. Look for 1-2 lbs mass gain per week( max 5 kg mate )
 
Cheers heaps and training wise I devote 1 day to each body part a week at about 45 minutes to an hour training. Also about 3-4 morning cardio sessions. But yeah cheers ill give it an adjustment and see how it goes :)
 
where are you getting 190g fat from in this diet??

what is forequarter chops??
 
Theres 70g fat in the mixed nuts(well, energy mix) and theres like 15 g fat in each egg it says, and like 15g fat each 100 g of chops (lamb chops)
 
what are you using to calculate all this??

a large egg has about 5g fat in it..
 
Do u reckon u could give us a little bit of an idea for a lean bulk diet? Using the measurements, weight and training specifications I have listed here? Please lol
 
Ive been commited as fuck IN the gym for last 2 years, its just the nutrition stuffs me up, its wierd like ill eat heaps and heaps for a week, like chicken and take away and shit, then ill look leaner and harder than ever, then when I eat healthy I look bloated and arrrggghhh so now im trying to calculate EXACTLY what I eat/calorie intake etc

No not yet, but when I get back from work (im on my phone) ill definetly look at it, thanks :) appreciate all the help I can get

also, you'll probably find 20% of the regular users here have used 3J or sourced their own nutrionist in the past.
Great way to set yourself straight and costs less than a gym membership (well it does in my country)
 
I have 3J helping me for a year and the price of it is around the price of a good bulk and cut cycle...yet I am gaining skills for like AND I am going to be successful at this. You do have time for it.
