Hey peoples, im starting a lean bulk and was just wondering if you can give me any advice/changes/input to what ive got planned. Im 21, 178 cm and 95 kg, my estimated daily intake for a lean bulk would be approx 15259kj each day.
This is my setup for TRAINING DAYS. Not in any order or timing, just list of what im having throughout the day.
.700kg of forequarter chops.
half bag of mixed nuts.
4 slices white bread.
4 whole eggs
2 lchp proteinshakes, with milk
2 bananas
plus whatever mum cooks for dinner.
in total its about 12178kj (excluding mums dinner) made up of about 240g protein, 120g carb and 190g of fat. Any changes you think should be made id be happy to hear. Remember im TRYING to do a clean bulk. Thanks
