Hey guys, I'm starting my first cycle on Monday coming.
I've been training on and off for a while now (5-6 yrs ago for about 2 years) but since being back for these last 4 months I've been dieting hard and training harder.
I done a dbol sustanon 250 cycle back when I was training about 3-4 years ago and went great gained a lot of strength and muscle (seeing as I had a shitty diet back then) so quite surprised.
I'm looking at getting back on it now, starting with this cycle
Wk1-4 30mg dbol ed
Wk1-10 500mg test-e ew (split into 250mg mon-thus or just one shot on mon?)
Wk12-16 tamoxifen (nolva) 40/40/20/20
I'll be running milk thistle throughout the dbol.
5-6 meals a day and training 4 times a week around 45-60mins intense workout.
I'm 26

Any advice on my cycle will be appreciated
