how much ephedrine and caffeine and aspirin per day? where can i find some quality, inexpensive ephedrine?

on bulk nutrition it says to take three times daily? is that because it is a stack and you have to factor in the caffeine?

start out with taking it once a day and adjust it when you see fit..but dont exceed 3/day

25 mg Ephedrine
200 mg Caffeine
80 mg Asprin (baby)

Start with 1x / day.......and work up -

Something like

Week 1 and 2 ------1 morning
Week 3 and 4 ------1 morning 1 evening
Week 5 and 6 ------2 morning 1 evening

Take a break after 6 weeks as to not to wear out your adrenal gland
