Doulble split

it depends of the lifestyle.

but if competing...yes..you will need a double split. both for recovering and msucle defining/building purposes.

but i'm not competing so really don't give a rat's ass. lol.

You don't need a damn double split routine -

1.) Do you have the time?
2.) Are you natural or enhanced
3.) How have you previously been training and how has that been working.

1 Yes.
2. Not currently on a cycle but will be in a few more weeks.
3. Been training 6 days a week. mon, wed, thur,sat-two parts. tue, thur-one part plus cardio. So far seems to be working ok. Holding most of my mass while cutting a little BF.

We'll, with that then you could give it a shot - You might want to monitor you fatigue as the cardio and double splits might wear on you.

I personally like doing it but i've worked on my level of recuperation over time.

Best of Luck and keep us posted -

Also you might try splitting

Day 1: (AM) Chest (PM) Biceps
Day 2: (AM) Quads (PM) Hamstrings
Day 3: OFF
Day 4: (AM) Delts (PM) triceps
DAY 5: (AM) Back (PM) Traps
Day 6: OFF
Repeat

Throw in Calves and abs where you feel like it.

Thats very similar to the split I had in mind although might work out on Day 6 too. And hit cardio on Day 1, 3, and 6.
