A friend of mine said if I drink 3 or 4 beers it's ok but I should take (( milk thistle )) about an hour after my last drink and make sure I eat food and drink lots of water to not get dehydrated is that correct ??
look at it this way beer is food ,if you are working on your mass it cant be bad just a little bit more cals and alcohol is in too small levels to affect you ,i am talking about a beer or two.
I figured I'd have a pity party last night like a dumb azz! Drank my weight in crown royal! Dont feel that bad so far this morning, but I can definitely tell that my body is struggling right now. So...IMO stay far away from the alcohol if you cant keep it in moderation. And obviously I cant!
all in moderation. i drink 2-3 drinks a day. The Europeans do it and live for ever. There are days i dont have a single drink. I work at a bar, so on the weekends when i work i have a few drinks.

I drink in moderation as well....just one or two maybe during the week. Maybe a few more on the weekend. As long as your not over doing it (and not trying to get those abs to really pop) you should be fine.

5 weeks into my cycle and I drank 2 days ago I felt sh** the next day and gym was bad strength was bad energy was crap!! Don't think I'll be doing this again!
Maybe moderation would of been better!
