Drug testing question

I received a 80mg Intramuscular shot 2 weeks ago of DEPO-Methylprednisolone. I am a Professional Cyclist that gets drug tested by the USADA and the IOC. Corticosteriods are NOT allowed at all. I had been ill and was not getting better and opted for the shot to help speed my recovery. I understand that the shot I received was oil-based? and that it will take longer to clear my system.

I am better now, but now I am wondering how long it will take for my blood and urine to not show any traces of the DEPO? Naturally I exercise and sweat a great deal, plus my metabolic rate is extrememly high. I am 29yrs old and weigh 162lbs with 7.8% body fat.
