Its for cooked rice, 2 cups of dry rice would be close to 300g of carbs, but you should weigh your rice dry to know exactly how much carbs you're getting, measuring with cups is inaccurate, food scale completely changed the way i l ook at food and how much im eating its insane, for example 1 full scoop of ON gold standard protein comes out to 23g but on the tub it stated 30g for each scoop as you can see you're actually getting like 19g protein instead of 24 with 1 full scoop so a food scale is a smart choice if you want to count macros, cups are useless in measuring macros, might as well just eye ball it.
