How to benefit from Planned Overtraining
here is a link for anyone who is unfamiliar with the terms, the information is very clear.
I was wondering if anyone has ever done this type of training before and if so how were the results?
Before doing research and joining this forum i was over-reaching far to much; working out 6 days a week and doing to many sets each day, thereby plateauing far to early.
However after reading this i was wondering if for the loading phase it would be acceptable to go 5 days a week?? along with doing high number of set?? Any input would be very helpful,
