Hey guys got my first, 'damn dude you are on them roids I see' comment yesterday

Beginning my 7th week today, first pin was sept 2. 15 weeks of test e

Strength is through the roof! breaking PRs day to day, size gains should be soon following :)

Diet is on point counting all the macros and up about 18lbs from the start, Im sure some water and fat but the size gains should be right around the corner... My hopes are to break 190 at least with this cycle I am at 182 now what do you guys think, half way through...
 
Good work, lee. Be sure to pace yourself. Bursts of strength are the most common causes of injury as we overestimate what our connective tissue can handle.

Its always good to hear those kind of comments. Means your doing something right :) . I get them pretty often now, I usually just laugh and if they ask more questions I just act like I know nothing about gear.
 
when do you guys usually see true size improvements?

Week 8 I started noticing. My girl noticed early on but my mind loves to play tricks on me in the mirror. Best way to compare is to take pictures once a week. Same pose, same distance from camera, same flex, etc. then you can flip thru the weeks and really see your progress.
 
good to hear, mang! I'm on week 3 of test cyp. I'm up 6 pounds from beginning of my, now 4 week, bulk, some fat obviously. I'm excited to see how this plays out for me as well! My strength is about the same at this point, so I'm excited to see the changes you currently are!
 
Lol ya it is hard to hide that you are on steroids if you are doing them right. I actually have decided not to wear anymore tank tops or muscle shirts. Because people want to fucking touch me all the time now. And if I go to a bar drunk guys start asking all these questions and saying all this stupid weird shit. Lol It really is a case of be careful what you wish for. Because you will eventually hit a size where their is no hiding that you are on steroids from people you know. I mean if some one doesn't see you for 3 months and you pack on like 10 pounds of muscle plus 10 pounds of water weight it is really dramatic and you cant down play it if you have been working out for a long time. If I had any recommendations to any one that I have learned about this last cycle I have done is keep your body fat no higher than 11%. It has many benefits including less estrogenic side effects and lower BP and better cholesterol levels considering you are eating clean. Also than people have a harder time just saying you are on steroids. Because you wont be as big but you will be solid and ripped. Its more obvious when you are bloated from sodium and bulking.

6lbs is not bad for such a long ester, you probably wont see much strength gains for a while yet but you shouls feel a change in libido definitely and maybe some mild sides but 6lbs is great only 3 weeks in bro!

I feel the same, I look in the mirror and notice no changes but everyone around me does, its a curse bro never big enough curse
 
I'm at the end of week five and noticing it now. Just added Masteron and Anavar one week ago. I've never used Masteron before. Currently on Cyp 750mg. I'll do 16 weeks.
