E/C/A - what are the optimal dosages?

I have some Ephedrine HCL, Aspirin, and Caffeine tablets, but don't konw the best way to administer them.

If I take E/C/A 3xs/day, how much of each should I take in each dose?

I never take the aspirin with the stack. I just normally do 25mg of ephedrine and 200mg of caffeine. Now if I have some yohimbine, I might throw in 6mg of that too!

Oh I forgot to mention that I do it twice a day. I myself can't sleep if I take it three times a day. I normally do one stack first thing in the morning and another one mid afternoon.

Drop the aspirin, it does more harm than good.
