Early Gyno?

I'm currently on a helladrol cycle which I know is very low aromatising. 10/100 i think. I am also taking 1 capsule of erase to keep estrogen low. im in my 5th week at 125 mg. Nolva for post cycle therapy (pct). I'm just paranoid. My nipples have always been a little slanted. Does it look like gyno is forming? they are not sensitive, no bumps, not itchy
