Early tren test reversal from clomid only????

Just spoken with a pro bodybuilder who ran same test tren cycle as me also suffered similar gyno sides , he combatted he's by running clinic only for pct? Does this seem strange? Don't want to run letro and don't want the sides of nolva so wondering if clinic can work
