Turkey day only comes once a year and and I am not gonna stick to the diet this year either... I will get up early and hit the gym though. Its leg day or morning so that means you can have extra pie right? Are you guys doing the same this year or ya gonna try to maintain??
I'm going to try my damnedest to maintain my diet, but God only knows what happens when the family starts filling the plate with damn good food. Will power is one thing, but my Grandmother's home made pumpkin pie and stuffing are another.
