I try to eat 5000cals a day because thats what people say to eat but my weight fluxuates between 2 pds like 168 and then as soon as I start eating say about 1500cals it goes back up to 170 but by the time I get 5000cals its at about 171 but how do you know how many calories to get, by the way Im trying to bulk! also get 300grms of protein a day too!
