Eating "properly" without a kitchen

I am trying to gain muscle with as little fat gain as possible. I'm alright with it taking a long time. Anyway I eat well, 6-7 times a day.
I'm going to be going on a business trip for a week and will be staying in a hotel with no kitchen.
What are some some things that I could normally fill my diet with.
Breakfast, lunch and supper are covered, however it's the other ones that I'm wondering about. 8:00am, 10:00am, 2:00pm and 5:00pm.
Am I stuck with Tuna from the can and Oatmeal?
Thanks,

Well, it's important to remember that for lean mass that eating meat is important due to it's anabolic and thermogenic effect. So canned tuna, salmon, oysters, sardines, etc would all be good. Maybe some hardboiled eggs if you could, too. Some beef jerky would be good if you could, too.
