im currently bulking, does it make a difference if i eat smaller meals every 2 hours throughout the day instead of 3 huge ones (assuming calories are kept equal)
That's a bit of a joke but here's what I'm saying... In order to consume the same amount of kcals in three meals as you would in 6 meals throughout the day you'd have to be eating a lot of junk. See where I'm coming from?
Also, eating 6 a day keeps your metabolism firing and fed. You're more likely to gain quality mass rather than flab.
Listen to rubberduckyo, 6 meals throughout the day is healthier and your metabolism will not be reacting to the feast and famine routine of 3 large meals.
ive tried both approaches. They are both effective imo but it depends on your goals i suppose.Smaller more regular meals will be easier for the body to process, ideal when cutting or counting cals.Large meals are great when bulking.I squeeze a few mass shakes in between too.
