Eating too much or too little - Trying to find that balance

When trying to build muscle while simultaneously losing body fat, it can be difficult to find that "right balance" and not eat too much or too little. Right now I'm in that "experiment and monitor" phase yet haven't found that right balance quite yet.. How did you find your balance?

Sorry for the short answer, I should of given some advice like jp....if you eat clean, you'll notice a slight/moderate reduction in body fat (depending on how high your bf is).....Now if you're wanting to see full blown abs then you will have to go on a moderate calorie deficiency....However, running cycle and dieting correctly can aid in muscle gain and a slight reduction of bf at lower percentages..

As everyone else has stated it's pretty much impossible to do what you want, most people have an off season where they get big as fuck and then when off season ends they start to cut and burn the fat off. Winter when you wear more clothes is usually a good choice for your off season, eat like a beast, gain some extra fat and go heavy weight less reps. When Spring/summer hits, eat a little less, a little healthier and lift light weights tons of reps.. throw in some cardio as well.

It's funny that you say that.. I live in South Dakota and it gets mighty cold here in the winter! LOL For those who bulk/cut around here usually bulk during the winter time.

Well you can kind of gain muscle but lose body fat if you do Carb cycling.
It wont be as effective as bulking and cutting but it worth a try.

Advanced Fat Loss - Carb Cycling

Here is a little tool that estimate the numbers
I use this for Cutting body fat while maintaining muscle.

It works for me. Might work for you.

Good luck

Well, to maintain the balance there is require to follow the diet program and also follow the schedule as the exercise to burn the unnecessary fat and maintain the body level. Another thing is that there is also require to control on the thoughts as stress, depression, hyper tension and so on to avoid the harmful to the health.
