between work and school its hard to get my meals in during the day but i manage really well lately due to a light school sched. My problem is though, that I go to work immediately after I lift, and therefore can't eat a proper post workout food meal until like 3 1/2 hours later. I lift and immediately drink a whey shake but I am pretty sure that my body needs the real whole foods asap and I am not able to get it so I feel that I may be derailing some of my gains. The fucked up thing is that I work in food service during these times yet cant eat because we arent allowed and I am always moving around also at work. Got any ideas on what I can do? Is it really a problem that I am not feeding my body within the 2 hrs of lifting or is that a myth? Lifting time is fixed also and cant be changed
