I'm trying to replace the fat with muscle. I used to eat out EVERY DAY. Sometimes 2 or three times a day. Never packed a lunch for about 4 years. I gained a little weight, but probably no more than 15 lbs in that 4 years. Now it's time to smarten up. I've been packing lunches, and if I can't then its off to Subway I go for lunch. I just started to take an ECL stack, and I have a big jug of Muscle-Tech Hardcore Creatine.
My question is, should I stick to just the diet and ECL stack for right now, and then worry about creatine later for muscle? It kinda seems like the creatine would cancel out the ECA stack, but I don't know.
I'm a 21 year old male, 260 lbs. 6'3"
