hello,

ive read hundreds of articles and diff types of creatine!!ive used cel-tech..YUK!!

can anyone with experience tell me the best creatine out there and how long should i take it for?? and please tell me of a creatine that i can order..im in UK..

many thanks

Go for the pure creatine monohydrate. Also look for a creapure logo somewhere on the bottle. This ensures the highest quality creatine avaialble.

I like to get Prolab's creatine and have had great gains with it. Currently I've cycled off because I'm about to take up something else ( ;) ).

But anyways, take 1 TBSP 4 times a day for 5 days. This will be your loading stage. From then on just take 1 TBSP every morning after waking up and any time after you lift. Do not mix it in with your protein shake. The most effective way to take creatine is to sccop it in your mouth and wash it down with water. I like to take a couple rolls of Smarties also for dextrose, to help absorbtion rates. Of course if you have dextrose powder on hand take some of that instead. It is by all means not a nessecity so don't worry about it.

Creatine cycles can last any amount of time you want them too. Ideally it should be around 8 weeks, then 2 weeks off. Remember to stay very hydrated.

Here's the one I get: http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_information.asp?number=PR003&back=yes&dept=1005&last=1005

Good luck.

excellent thanks for that...i might go for this one...how many tubs do you think i will need for 8weeks? also it will still be ok to mix it with water and drink it rather than raw??

regards

i must disagree. i think a premade creatine powder like phosphagen HP or S.A.N V12 is the best becuase you get your dextrose and the creatine is just as pure as the regular creatine monohydrate.

do you have a web link for your reccommended creatine??

well. i did try cell-tech once and i have to say that the results i got with that were pretty damn good. after 6 weeks, i gained around 10lbs but then after that i lost like 5. right now im on phosphagen HP but iv'e only been using it for 3 days so i cant say how its going yet.

1 tub should last you a while. Mixing it in water is fine as long as you down it very quickly. It doesn't take more than a couple of minutes for creatine to decay into creatinine, which your body cannot use. Besides its fun scooping it dry into your mouth and washing it down. Feels hardcore. lol j/k

I've had nothing but positive results from Prolab's creatine, one small 6 week cycle and a second longer cycle with it. Nothing can prove itself better than giving it a try.

You can get some EAS Phosphagen (used to be simply creatine) for like 12-15 bucks for 100 servings. Then you can get some dextrose for like $2 or just eat some fast acting carbs with it.

I have yet to gain a single pound off creatine. I have tried it twice. Once doing the loading phase, and once with out. Both times i didnt notice any strength or any weight gain.

I keep it simple now with just Protein and MRP's.

You must be a non-responder. Don't waste your money with buying any more. A small percentage of people who try creatine get nothing out of it. No worries. :) Just keep eatin.

Buy some Creatine Monohydrate powder, some dextrose and ALA caps.

BOOM... you have Cell-Tech for 1/2 the price.

hi, there are a lot of different ways but i take it like these 6weeks creatine 5g per serving @the morning an after workout/before sleep.
i combinate it with dextrose (like sugar) and glutamine.
it works :)

i ve used creatine for a couple of years now and ive used most of the creatine on the market, i personally like cell tech money and taste aside, i also use as directed
