I dont know how credible that Muscle and Fiction is, but I just tried this recipe this mourning.
Egg White Pancakes
6 Egg-Whites
2 Whole Eggs
1/2 Tbl spoon of cinnamon
3 Packets low fat sweetner
1 Cup of Fast Oats
1/2 Cup of fruits (I used raisens it was good!)
(Makes 2 cakes, although it made about 3 for me)
Toss it all into a blender and mix it up, poor it over medium heat in a skillet. Wait til the outside cooks and bubbles in the middle and then flip it.
It was rather tasty, I spread blackberry jelly over it and it tasted good. Had about 250 so calories, about 30ish grams of protien and some carbs. ( You get get the exact amount in the most recent issue ).
