Egg Whites in Oatmeal

I was wondering if it is OK to mix non cooked egg whites into cooked oatmeal, will the cooked heated oatmeal cook the whites enough so I will be ok?

hmnmm I think that it would be ok if you bought pasturized pure egg whites in the carton.
........................id rather eat them seperate anyways. lol
